
TOKYO - Sharp Corp.. plan to close two manufacturer that produces liquid Crystal display (LCD) in Japan. This step is carried out subsequent to the decreasing demand for the LCD segment of the phone and computer.
Original Japanese electronics company will close its LCD factory is located in Mie and Nara, Japan from January future. Both factories that produce LCD panels for mobile phones and computers.
"One of the goals of restructuring is to strengthen our business in the LCD panel market segment for small and medium computer and other products," said Yoshiaki Ibuchi, one of the Vice President of Sharp.
